Forecasts indicate that the total amount of precipitation in March will exceed long-term values in Bayan-Ölgii, Khovd, Uvs, Zavkhan, and western Govi-Altai, while in other zones it will remain at an average level.
In April, air temperatures are expected to be at the level of long-term averages, as well as the total amount of precipitation across the country.
