In the mountainous and foothill areas of the republic, snow will fall from January 22 to 23, with heavy precipitation possible in some places.
The wind will also strengthen, with speeds reaching 15−20 m/s, and in some areas, gusts may reach 22−25 m/s.
The air temperature during this period will significantly drop: at night it will fall to −3…−8 degrees Celsius, while during the day it will fluctuate from −3 to +2. In the northern part of the country, nighttime temperatures may reach −12…−15, while during the day they will be around −2…−5 degrees.
