Emomali Rahmon made personnel changes in the security forces of Tajikistan

As part of these changes, new leaders were appointed to key positions in the Ministry of Defense, including the first deputy head of the State Institution "Defense Assistance," as well as in the central offices and the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the Border Troops, and the National Guard. Specialists working in the field of state financial control and anti-corruption, as well as in the Main Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Punishments, also received appointments.

In addition, the positions of military commissioners in cities and districts such as Mir Said Ali Hamadani, Dangara, Vakhsh, Abdurakhman Jami, Yavan, and Shahristan were updated.

Discussing the personnel changes, President Rahmon emphasized the readiness of the Armed Forces and the state of the troops in light of the current international situation. He outlined key tasks aimed at ensuring peace and stability in the country.

The head of state also highlighted the importance of protecting the state border and preventing various threats, including the smuggling of weapons and drugs. Rahmon noted the necessity of increasing the combat readiness of the Armed Forces, learning foreign languages, mastering modern combat technologies, as well as regularly conducting exercises, including those using remotely controlled systems. Adherence to legality and relevant regulations was also emphasized as an important area of work.

Emomali Rahmon stressed that the relationship between the command and the military personnel should be built on mutual respect, which will help strengthen trust and maintain friendly relations among the servicemen and their leadership.
