Erdenes Tavantolgoi exports 200,000 tons of products per day, breaking its historical record

The coal export was carried out in 1,475 trips, exceeding the previous record by 11,236 tons. According to customs statistics, 1,241 batches of cargo weighing a total of 168,712 tons were exported from the Gashuunsukhait customs point, while 234 batches weighing 31,729 tons were exported through the Khangi point. The volume of supplies through the Mongolian Coal Exchange amounted to 106,879 tons, transported by 787 vehicles. This is also the highest figure since the beginning of 2023, when coal exports from the exchange began.
This record indicates an improvement in the efficiency of logistics processes and customs clearance during coal exports from Mongolia, made possible by the increase in volumes of both spot and long-term contracts.
