Olympic Champion Masu Baker Trains Young Mongolian Judokas from Uvs Province

Japanese judoka Masu Baker won a gold medal in the under 90 kg weight category at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, defeating Georgia's Varlam Liparteliani in the final.
In the final, the Japanese judoka triumphed over Georgian Varlam Liparteliani.
At the invitation of international judo master and honored athlete Batsuuri Namsraijav, Masu Baker visited Mongolia to conduct a seven-day training course for young judokas from Uvs aimag.
The training sessions, organized in collaboration with the Mongolian Judo Federation, aim to exchange experiences, training methods, and techniques borrowed from global and Olympic practices. It is expected that the sessions will help local young athletes improve their technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical fitness.
Representatives of the Mongolian Judo Federation view this event as an important step towards enhancing the training level of athletes in Uvs aimag and bringing them closer to international competition standards.
