Famous Turkish Actor Detained in Istanbul

According to Hurriyet, seven people were detained during the operation, including actresses Selen Gergüzel and Ayşe Sağlam, as well as club owners and managers, and some media representatives.

It is known that earlier there were complaints and testimonies against Can Yaman, claiming that he might have been involved in drug use. However, at the time of the investigation, the prosecutor's office had not issued a warrant for his arrest. Nevertheless, after a search of the club conducted by the gendarmerie, Yaman was placed under arrest.

According to sources, Can Yaman and Selen Gergüzel will be sent to a forensic institution for blood analysis.
