Mongolian Private Bank Issues Bonds on the Singapore Stock Exchange for the First Time
This step not only contributes to the diversification of funding sources but also expands the bank's capabilities, opening new horizons for creating loan portfolios, including "green" loans and offerings for small and medium-sized businesses. The placement agents for the bonds were J.P. Morgan and Seaport Global.
Temuulen Batmunkh, the bank's executive director, emphasized the significance of this event for the institution: "The successful placement of bonds on the international stage is an outstanding achievement.
