Delsy Rodriguez took the oath as interim president of Venezuela

Delcy Rodriguez, who holds the position of Executive Vice President of Venezuela, has officially become the acting president of the country, according to information from the TASS agency.
The ceremony took place in the parliament building, where she was received by Chairman Jorge Rodriguez.
During her oath, Rodriguez stated: “I come here as the Executive Vice President of the constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro Moros, to take the oath. This event causes me pain, as the Venezuelan people are suffering from unlawful military aggression against our homeland,” she said during a broadcast on the Telesur channel.
It is worth reminding that on January 3, the United States conducted an operation against Venezuela, resulting in the capture of President Nicolas Maduro and his wife in Caracas.
