Mongolia Tops World Ranking in Memory Development After Winning the World Championship
Mongolia confidently takes first place in the world ranking for memory.
At the 34th World Memory Championship, which was the concluding event of 2025, the Mongolian team secured first place in the overall standings. This marks the seventh time in the last 15 years that the country has triumphed in this intellectual sport, highlighting its status as one of the leading nations in this field.
The national team, consisting of 37 participants, won 66 medals out of a possible 90: 27 gold, 21 silver, and 22 bronze. Additionally, the athletes also received 10 trophies.
These achievements allowed Mongolia to rise to first place in the world ranking, surpassing countries such as Australia, China, Vietnam, and Algeria, which also made it into the top 5.
