The official opening of the tournament took place on March 28, as reported by Zhaidarbeck Sydykov, head of the district education department. This year's competitions are being held as part of the program "On the Doctrine (Unguzhol) 'National Spirit – Global Heights,' and their motto is 'A Future Without Crime.' The main goal of the event is to promote a healthy lifestyle among youth and to prevent offenses.
Teams from all 18 secondary schools in the district are participating in the tournament. Students will compete in popular sports such as volleyball, basketball, and football.
The teams that take prize-winning places will have the opportunity to represent the Ak-Tal district at the regional stage of the competitions. The tournament is ongoing, and the names of the best school teams that will compete for the honor of their district at the regional level will be announced soon.
