Three boxers from Kyrgyzstan have entered the updated ranking compiled by the World Boxing organization.

This ranking list was announced in March, ahead of the new season of the World Cup.

Munarbek Seyitbek uulu is in third place in the under 60 kg category, having accumulated 975 points thanks to his silver medal at the Olympic Games in Paris.

Ihtiyar Nishonov is in 8th place in the under 70 kg weight category, while Nuradin Rustambek uulu is in 13th place in the under 75 kg category.

The new ranking takes into account points earned at the World Boxing Challenge tournaments, World Cups, World Cup finals, World Championships, and the Olympic Games.

The World Boxing ranking will serve as the basis for determining seeding at major competitions, including World Championships, continental championships, multi-sport games, and World Cup finals.
