The Kyrgyzstan national football team will not be able to count on two players in the match against Equatorial Guinea.

The friendly match will take place today, March 25, in Antalya (Turkey), starting at 20:00 Bishkek time.

Midfielder Gulzhigit Alykulov from Minsk's Dynamo suffered a back injury before departing for Turkey, which prevents him from playing for the national team.

Forward Ernest Batyrkanov from Dordoi injured the muscles in the back of his thigh during the match against the Asia team, which ended with a score of 1:3. He was substituted at halftime.

The Kyrgyz Football Union stated: "Therefore, it was decided to keep the player at the club for further examination and treatment."

In addition, forward Joel Kojo and goalkeeper Erjan Tokataev were not invited to the training camp.

The KFU noted: "They are working on recovering their health."
