As part of a training camp in Turkey, under the guidance of Robert Prosinečki, the team will face Equatorial Guinea. The match will take place in Antalya and will start at 20:00 Bishkek time.
This meeting will be the 190th official match for the Kyrgyzstan national team and the first in history against a team from Africa.
Last year, under the management of Maxim Lisitsin, the Kyrgyz team also held training camps in Turkey and played a friendly match against the Algerian club "Oran," which ended in a 0:0 draw.
It is worth noting that clubs from Kyrgyzstan have also had experience playing against African teams.
During the Soviet Union era, the team "Alga" went on a tour during which they played several matches against African clubs.
Additionally, one of the teams from Nigeria came to Kyrgyzstan for a series of friendly matches with local clubs.
According to the FIFA ranking, the Kyrgyzstan national team is in 103rd place, while Equatorial Guinea is in 107th place.
