The competitors had to cover a distance of 96 kilometers.
“Athletes from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan competed in this tournament. This race became the second professional-level road cycling event in the history of independent Kyrgyzstan,” the statement noted.
The results of the competition were as follows:
- First place was taken by Murat Kuitenov (Kazakhstan);
- Second place went to Chingiz Chuliev (Uzbekistan);
- Third place was awarded to Fazliddin Yergashev (Uzbekistan).
In the junior female category, the prize places were distributed as follows:
- First place — Sofia Babunova (Kyrgyzstan);
- Second place — Aruzhan Abylgazy (Kazakhstan);
- Third place — Sofia Mamaeva (Kazakhstan).
