Samakov emphasized that the equipment and the building itself have already begun to deteriorate. Currently, no staff have been appointed to manage the complex. So far, appeals to the government have not yielded results.
“The invested 28 million soms have not met expectations: the sports complex doors are closed, there is destruction inside, and there is no water or electricity. All of this was created with the hope of long-term operation, and I urge attention to this problem,” he noted.
