A sportsman from Kyrgyzstan, Rajabali Shaidullaev (17-0), has addressed his next opponent in the Japanese league RIZIN.

The fight will take place at the RIZIN FF — LANDMARK VOL. 13 tournament, which will be held on April 12 in Fukuoka. His opponent will be Yuto Kubo from Japan (5-2-1).

Previously, Shaidullaev and Kubo faced each other on December 31, 2024, at the Rizin 49 tournament, where the Kyrgyzstani won by technical knockout in the second round.

“My next opponent is Yuto Kubo from Japan. This will be a rematch. I’m very sorry, but this time I don’t plan to hit him hard. I will try to win by submission or armbar in the first or second round,” noted Shaidullaev.

This fight will be for the championship title in the weight category up to 66 kg, which Shaidullaev won on May 4, 2025, defeating the Japanese Kleber Koike in 62 seconds.

Additionally, Shaidullaev has successfully defended his title twice, achieving early victories over Viktor Kolesnik from Russia in 33 seconds and Mikuru Asakura from Japan in 2 minutes and 54 seconds.
