It is worth noting that in 2025, the Kyrgyz team won the title of champion of the third division tournament (Group A), which was held from April 21 to 27 in Turkey. This achievement earned the team gold medals and a spot in the second division (Group B) for 2026.
The Group B tournament of the second division in 2026 will take place in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, from April 6 to 12.
Six teams will participate in the second division (Group B) competitions:
- Iceland, which took 2nd place in Group B of the second division in 2025
- New Zealand, 3rd place in Group B of the second division in 2025
- Bulgaria, 4th place in Group B of the second division in 2025
- Chinese Taipei, 5th place in Group B of the second division in 2025
- Israel, 6th place in Group A of the second division in 2025
- Kyrgyzstan, 1st place in Group A of the third division in 2025
