
During the meeting, the results of the sports season were summarized, and the achievements of athletes in technical sports were recognized. The best racers in the disciplines of enduro, gymkhana, and other areas of auto-motorsports received trophies, diplomas, and commemorative prizes.
The Union of Sports Federations of the Kyrgyz Republic is engaged in the coordination and development of sports in the country, uniting national federations. The President of the Union, Askar Salymbekov, emphasized the importance of sports for strengthening public unity and educating the youth. He noted that the successes of Kyrgyz athletes contribute to the formation of national pride and inspire the younger generation to achieve high results.
The Secretary General of the Union, Kuvvatbek Askarbekov, highlighted the need for systematic support and modern infrastructure for the development of technical sports. He added that recognizing the achievements of athletes and creating conditions for their growth will help popularize auto-motorsports among the youth.
At the event, racing sports prototypes designed for both adults and young athletes were also presented. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to try out racing simulators, immersing themselves in the atmosphere of driving a sports car.
The meeting participants discussed plans for further development of technical sports, attracting youth, and compiling a calendar of republican competitions for the next season. Special attention was given to strengthening cooperation between federations, which should contribute to the growth of the popularity of auto-motorsports and increase the competitiveness of Kyrgyz athletes on the international stage.
The meeting was held in a friendly and businesslike atmosphere, becoming a platform for summarizing the season, exchanging experiences, and strengthening sports cooperation in the country.
Moreover, the first Sport Shamy 2025 ceremony took place in Bishkek, where the best sports journalists of Kyrgyzstan were named. The winners were determined in five nominations and received cash prizes aimed at supporting and developing sports journalism in the country.
