This event was organized in honor of Ella Maiyar, a renowned traveler and cultural heritage advocate, who significantly contributed to the development of alpine skiing.
As noted by Adilet Bolokov, the head of the regional sports administration, the main objectives of the competition are to develop skiing, promote a healthy lifestyle among youth, as well as to enhance the skill level of young athletes and facilitate experience exchange among them.
A total of 102 athletes participated in the tournament, representing Karakol, Orlovka, Naryn, and the Jalal-Abad region.
