The Football Union of Kyrgyzstan has decided to lift the five-year ban on player Mirbek Akhmataliyev.

This decision was announced on February 10 at a meeting of the Executive Committee of the KFS.

The 32-year-old footballer was suspended from play for five years in August 2024 due to an incident that occurred during a training session of the "Muras United" team.

It was reported that as a result of the conflict, the club's foreign player Yevgeny Terzi sustained a broken jaw. At that moment, it became clear that the instigator of the fight was indeed Akhmataliyev, after which the club decided to terminate its employment relationship with him, as stated in a KFS press release in August 2024.
