Two athletes will represent Kyrgyzstan in these competitions.
Timur Shakirov will represent the country in alpine skiing disciplines.
The 20-year-old athlete from Kyrgyzstan began his preparations in Austria, where training camps were held from October 26 to December 12, 2025. The trip was organized by the Federation of Alpine Skiing of Kyrgyzstan.
After the training camps, from December 12 to December 26, 2025, Shakirov participated in international competitions also organized by the federation.
From January 12 to January 26, he continued training in South Korea as part of his preparation for the Olympic Games.
Upon returning to Kyrgyzstan, from January 27 to January 31, he took part in an international tournament at the Kashkulak base, where the Kyrgyzstan Championship was also held simultaneously.
At the Olympics, Timur will compete in two disciplines: slalom and giant slalom.
