Ronaldo conflicts with 'Al-Nassr' over transfers

Cristiano Ronaldo's dissatisfaction, the forward for "Al-Nassr," became more apparent after Karim Benzema signed a contract with "Al-Hilal." Ronaldo, who is already 41 years old, expressed his concern about the club's insufficient activity in the transfer market, which, in his opinion, creates an uneven playing field in competition with "Al-Hilal."

In protest, Ronaldo missed one match, and there is discussion about the possibility of his absence in the upcoming match against "Al-Ittihad." According to sources, he is demanding changes in the club's management, including the restoration of decision-making powers for managers and restrictions on interference in transfers mid-season. If there are no guarantees from the Public Investment Fund, Ronaldo may consider a transfer option in June, despite having a contract until 2027, which includes a buyout clause of €50 million.

The Saudi Pro League emphasized that all clubs operate independently within the same rules and that no player, regardless of their status, can influence decisions made outside their team. The league also noted that the closeness in the standings among the top four indicates a competitive balance.

This situation creates additional tension in the battle for the Saudi Pro League title and raises questions about fairness and equal conditions for leading players.
