The competitions will take place from February 6 to 22 in the Italian cities of Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, with two representatives from Kyrgyzstan on the team.
According to information provided by Sport AKIpress, from November 1, 2023, until February 28, 2026, four Kyrgyz athletes will receive a monthly scholarship of $750 from the NOC.
Thus, during this period, they will be able to receive a total of $84,000, which will be directed towards preparation for the Winter Olympic Games.
Additionally, in 2025, a seminar for alpine skiing coaches was organized by the NOC, and a training session for biathlon is planned for 2026. These events are aimed at enhancing the qualifications of specialists and developing winter sports in the country, as reported by the NOC of the Kyrgyz Republic.
