When asked about the possibility of lifting the ban imposed in 2022 on Russia's participation in FIFA and UEFA tournaments, he replied: "We must do this."
He also noted that opening opportunities for Russian children and teenagers to play football in other countries in Europe would be a positive step.
Since 2022, Russian teams and national squads have not participated in international competitions due to the situation in the country.
