Tsarukyan offered Topuria $3.5 million for the fight
Arman Tsarukyan, aiming for the UFC lightweight title, made a bold statement in an attempt to secure a fight with champion Ilia Topuria.
Recently, it became known that Topuria plans to sell his property in Madrid for $3.5 million. In response, Tsarukyan offered to buy the house in exchange for the champion's agreement to fight.
In recent months, Tsarukyan's position in the title race has become more complicated due to a series of scandals, which, according to sources, have negatively affected his relationship with UFC president Dana White. Nevertheless, the fighter continues to actively pursue a title shot.
Previously, Topuria stated that he would rather give up the championship belt than fight Tsarukyan. However, the Armenian fighter's new offer has once again raised the question of a possible confrontation.
Tsarukyan also hinted at the possibility of moving to featherweight if the situation in lightweight does not improve.
The atmosphere surrounding UFC title fights remains tense, and the future of both Topuria and Tsarukyan continues to generate keen interest among fans.
