World Championship (U-20): Kyrgyzstan's opponents for next year have been determined
The competition took place from January 18 to 24 in Bishkek, where six teams faced off.
The Kyrgyzstan team won all five of its matches, securing first place and gold medals.
Additionally, the young hockey players from Kyrgyzstan were promoted, gaining the right to participate in group A of the third division.
In 2027, the opponents of the Kyrgyz team will be the national teams of Bulgaria, Belgium, Turkey, and Thailand, which competed in division 3 "A" this season.
The tournament will also feature the national team of Iceland, which finished in last place, sixth, in division 2 "B" and was forced to leave its division.
Information about the date and location of the tournament will be announced later.
