Kyrgyzstan National Team (U-20) — World Champions in the Third Division

The youth hockey team of Kyrgyzstan has become a three-time champion of the World Championship (U-20) in the third division, group B.

The competition, which featured six teams, took place from January 18 to 24 in Bishkek.

Our national team won all five matches, playing against the teams of Hong Kong (4:1), South Africa (7:2), Iran (15:1), Luxembourg (5:3), and Mexico (7:4).

With a total of 15 points out of a possible 15, the Kyrgyz team confidently secured first place in the final standings of the tournament.

The team was awarded gold medals, confirming their status as world champions in division 3B.

Additionally, the Kyrgyz national team earned the right to compete in group A of the third division next season.
