Delegates of the International Ice Hockey Federation Awarded Honorary Certificates by the Cabinet of Ministers
Kasymaliev emphasized that organizing the Youth World Ice Hockey Championship in Bishkek is not only a great honor for Kyrgyzstan but also a sign of trust from the IIHF, confirming the country's status as a reliable partner on the international stage.
He also noted the importance of the unifying power of sports and expressed hope that the youth team will continue its successful development, which has become noticeable since 2022 when the national team showed significant progress. In his speech, he assured that the state will support the development of winter sports, including the modernization of sports infrastructure and the training of athletes.
At the end of the meeting, Honorary Certificates from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic were awarded to Franz Reindl and Clifton Rottsteli for their significant contribution to the development of international hockey.
