In the Sverdlovsk District, the sports competition "Mom, Dad, and I - a Sports Family" took place.

In Bishkek, in the Sverdlovsk district, a sports competition for families called "Dad, Mom, and I - a Sports Family" took place on January 9.
According to information provided by the press service of the city hall, seven teams participated in the competition, representing families that include parents and children aged 7 to 15 years. Participants competed in seven different disciplines, including the national game "Үч тапан чүкө," ball handling, a jump rope relay, a stick relay, tug-of-war, nail driving, and sack races.

The results of the relay showed the following places:

• The first place was taken by the "Comet" team from MTU No. 301;


• The second place went to the "Alga" team from MTU No. 302;


• The "Vostok" team from MTU No. 307 rounded out the top three.

Awards for the winners and prizewinners included trophies, medals, and diplomas, as well as valuable gifts: a microwave oven for the first place, household appliances for the second, and a Bluetooth speaker for the third.

This event is held annually in all four districts of the capital. Based on the results of the district competitions, teams that show the best results have the opportunity to participate in the city stage of the Spartakiad, where the fight for victory continues.

The organization of the Spartakiad was carried out by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Tourism, and Youth Affairs of the Bishkek city hall.
