In Kara-Balta, on the eve of World Poetry Day, a meeting was held with poetess Nadezhda Volkova, known by her pen name Nadezhda Kreshchenskaya.

This was reported by a Turmush correspondent.

The event brought together both students and representatives of the older generation.

Nadezhda Volkova described the literary evening as a "creative afternoon" titled "Reflections." The format of the meeting allowed participants not only to become acquainted with poetry but also to discuss the significance of words in a person's life.

For over 30 years, Nadezhda has worked as a teacher of mathematics and physics, combining her teaching career with poetic creativity. She believes that the exact sciences and poetry are two equal approaches to understanding the surrounding world and its harmony.

Her creative journey began in 1989, and since then she has written over 600 poems, many of which have become the basis for musical works. The themes of her lyrics encompass her native land, nature, and the inner world of a person, as well as philosophical reflections on the meaning of life, time, and destiny.

Nadezhda Kreshchenskaya's poems are published on various literary internet platforms, where they resonate with a wide audience. She is currently working on a collection of her poems titled "Reflections."

The organizers of the meeting noted that such events contribute to the cultural education of youth, fostering an interest in literature and spiritual values.
