At a press conference at the Kabar agency, the First Deputy Head of the President's Office of Kyrgyzstan, Boobek Salimzhanov, denied the information that the presence of “Code 95” is mandatory for drivers in the country.
He emphasized that such claims are erroneous.
Salimzhanov explained that “Code 95”:
- is not included in the list of international agreements;
- is only applicable within the framework of European Union legislation;
- indicates the professional qualification of commercial vehicle drivers.
