This year, the festival celebrates the 90th anniversary of Algimantas Vidugiris, an outstanding figure in cinema. More than 900 applications have been submitted by directors from various countries for the competition.

The festival program includes two competitive categories: international and national. The screenings will feature fiction, documentary, animated, and experimental films.
The international competition includes 14 films from various countries, while the national program will showcase the 15 best short films by Kyrgyz authors.
