In Jumgal, the investigation into the death of a local resident continues: The Head of the Internal Affairs Department met with relatives
Anarkul, addressing law enforcement representatives, expressed hope for an impartial and objective investigation into the circumstances of her son's death. She asked the head of the regional police to thoroughly examine all the details of the incident and expedite the process of detaining possible culprits, as well as to ensure fair punishment for them.
Zholboldu Kochkonov assured the woman that the investigation into this case is under his personal control.
The Colonel added that investigative actions are ongoing and have not yet been completed. Currently, necessary forensic examinations are being conducted, the results of which are expected to be ready in the coming days. The head of the Internal Affairs Department urged Anarkul to be patient and assured her that the investigation would be completed in strict accordance with the law.
Turmush previously reported that after the incident, Suyunbek's older brother, who has a disability, was temporarily placed in a center for people with disabilities in the Sokuluk district.
Turmush also reported that on February 13, 2026, at 03:03, a report was received by the "102" service stating that a resident of the village of Baizak in the Jumgal district, born in 1996, was found hanged in a livestock shed located on his property.
An operational investigative group was dispatched to the scene, where they conducted an inspection. Initial investigations showed that the deceased's body had no other injuries besides a rope mark on the neck.
It was established that on February 12, the deceased's wife, after checking his mobile phone, learned about his correspondence with a woman and about money transfers to her. This led to a quarrel between the spouses. According to reports, the woman called the wife of an older relative and left the house around 01:30 AM, stating her intention to get a divorce.
