While we are in the Chui Valley, Bakyt Shukuraliyev calls it the Golden Valley. Fieldwork is actively underway here.
Now we are heading to Issyk-Kul with Nikolai Manakovsky. Despite the fact that March has just begun, the lake already beckons with the warmth of the summer sun and a sense of relaxation.
