The leading place on their list is Issyk-Kul.
“I would like to see Lake Issyk-Kul. They say it is incredibly beautiful,” shares one resident of Tajikistan.
“I was in Bishkek for a conference, but I didn’t have time to visit Issyk-Kul. I really want to go there and relax because I haven’t been on vacation for the last five years,” says another resident of Dushanbe.
Some residents of the capital plan to combine their trip to Kyrgyzstan with evening walks in Bishkek.
“I would like to stroll through the streets of Bishkek in the evening and visit Issyk-Kul,” note the respondents surveyed.
“I was in Bishkek many years ago, and I have positive impressions: the city is beautiful, green, and the locals are friendly. My dad lived there for some time, and we still have connections between our families,” add other participants in the survey.
Tajikistan residents also recommend that Kyrgyz people visit the Hisor Fortress, the Nurek Reservoir, and the alpine camp in Panjakent, where one can enjoy clean mountain air and solitude in nature.
“There you can disconnect from the internet, walk in the mountains, and see real beauty,” local residents happily share, inviting Kyrgyz people to discover these places.
