Why residents are not allowed into the 'Alga' stadium. The Bishkek City Hall explained the situation

The Bishkek City Hall clarified the situation regarding access to the 'Alga' stadium, refuting rumors about its transfer to private hands.
As local residents reported on social media, they faced a problem: the stadium gates were closed, and they were informed that the facility is now private property.
The municipality specified that the stadium is still under the management of the city hall and is considered municipal property. Currently, the stadium is managed by the municipal institution 'Alga' under a joint agreement.
For the convenience of visitors, the stadium has three entrances: central, western, and eastern.

The western entrance is intended for children engaged in wrestling and futsal, as well as for students of the football academy. The eastern entrance is used by students of the Slavic University in accordance with an agreement with the municipal institution 'Alga' and for regular residents.

The central part of the stadium does not have an entrance for visitors.
The running tracks are open to everyone from 06:00 to 11:00 daily.

To ensure safety, certain restrictions have been introduced:

- access to the running tracks is restricted during football training sessions (from 11:00 to 19:00);

- during these hours, entry to the football field is prohibited to avoid injuries;

- during home matches, the stadium is closed to access to the running tracks in accordance with the regulations of the Kyrgyz Professional League.

The city hall urges citizens to follow the established rules and to understand the measures aimed at maintaining safety.

Furthermore, the city hall reserves the right to take action against the author of the video that spread false information, in accordance with current legislation.
