About 170 thousand children will start first grade in September
She noted that the final number will depend on the number of registered students. This number may vary, so it is important for parents to register their children on time based on their place of residence in the first phase.
The Deputy Minister also indicated that there will be no mass enrollment of children in both the first and second grades this year, as was the case in the previous year.
In case of any questions, they will be resolved individually. Since testing to assess children's knowledge is not allowed, officials will interact with kindergartens, gathering information about the programs that children have completed.
Additionally, Nadiira Dzhusupbekova added that new schools are actively being built in the country to address the issue of lack of places for students, including plans to construct 20 schools in Bishkek and 15 in Osh.
