The inspection was conducted on plots numbered 172, 232, and 154 in the areas of "Kok-Jar," "Anar-Bak," and "Osen-Ordo." During the inspection, it was established that construction is taking place on plot No. 232 without the necessary architectural projects and legal documents.
As indicated by the administration, previous notifications regarding the inadmissibility of such actions were sent to the landowners. Nevertheless, some citizens ignored these warnings and continued construction.
In connection with the identified violations, the case materials have been transferred to the internal affairs bodies and local territorial administrations for necessary measures to be taken in accordance with current legislation.
During subsequent raids, landowners were once again handed notifications about the inadmissibility of violations. The administration plans to strengthen control over the situation.
The city hall reminded that such activities are carried out in accordance with the presidential decree aimed at preventing land seizures, as well as in accordance with the decisions of the cabinet of ministers and local authorities. Violators may face serious consequences in accordance with the law.
