According to the new document, local self-government bodies in cities of republican significance will now be able to establish additional payments and allowances to the salaries of workers, financed from the local budget. The procedure and amount of these payments will be determined by the decisions of city councils.
It is specified that these changes are aimed at improving the wage system and providing additional incentives for workers in the social sphere.
Local self-government bodies are recommended to take the necessary measures to implement these innovations.
Control over the implementation of this resolution will be carried out by the administration of the president.
It is expected that the document will be officially published and come into effect on January 1, 2026.
