Certification experts may be deprived of access for violations
According to the department, if violations are recorded during the process of confirming the compliance of products, this may lead to the suspension or annulment of the expert's competence certificate.
Reasons for the termination of the certificate include, for example, the invalidation of two or more documents issued in the last two years, lack of professional activity for a year, refusal of inspection control, and providing false information.
CSM emphasizes that experts are required to strictly adhere to the requirements and procedures for compliance assessment, as well as to comply with the technical regulations of the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Union.
The department stressed that adherence to these rules contributes to ensuring the quality and safety of products, as well as strengthening trust in the national compliance assessment system.
