Deputies in the Regions: What Concerns Kyrgyzstanis the Most Today
Central to the discussions were issues such as the lack of school places, access to medical services in remote settlements, disputes over land issues, and the protection of labor migrants' rights.
In the Jalal-Abad region, in the city of Manas, the situation at school No. 3 has become critical, as 2,100 students are studying in a three-shift system, while the school's designed capacity is only 600 places.
Educators also expressed concern about the fairness of salary calculations, demanding a unified approach to wage payment for all teachers.
In the Issyk-Kul region, the opening of modern scientific laboratories for physics and chemistry in the village of Orgocor is encouraging, indicating positive changes in the educational infrastructure.
Meanwhile, in the Nookat district, the construction of a new hospital continues, which is expected to improve the quality of medical care and reduce the need for local residents to travel to the district center.
In the capital, during the monitoring of the Central Medical Center No. 10, serious problems were identified: a shortage of staff, failures in the electronic queue system, and poor condition of access roads to medical facilities.
Traditionally, infrastructure and agriculture issues generated the highest number of appeals from the population. In the Suusamyr Valley, deputies initiated the strengthening of bridges in preparation for the herding of livestock to the summer pastures.
In the Suzak district, residents are demanding oversight of compensation payments at market value for the demolition of housing near the construction of the international airport.
Residents of the Osh and Chui regions also pointed out the need for cleaning canals, gasification of new buildings, and providing the population with clean drinking water.
Additionally, during meetings with representatives of the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), issues of migration policy and the expansion of legal employment channels in EU countries were discussed. Deputies emphasized the importance of creating new resource centers in Osh and Bishkek for legal support for citizens and combating human trafficking.
As noted in parliament, all complaints and suggestions collected during the trips will be sent to the relevant ministries for prompt response.
