Representatives of the municipal enterprise "Bishkekteploset" explained that the cessation of the circulation of the heat carrier is related to the end of the heating season, which is standard for the city's heating system.
During the summer period, hot water is supplied only at the moment the taps are turned on, and it cools down in the pipes. To get hot water, it is necessary to first drain the cooled liquid.
Furthermore, "Bishkekteploset" noted that the use of individual water heaters could exacerbate the situation. In some cases, cold water may enter the hot water supply system, negatively affecting the temperature regime for neighbors.
In this regard, specialists recommend temporarily refraining from using water heaters to avoid disrupting the operation of the centralized system.
