According to the newlyweds, their first acquaintance occurred in 2024 through social media. For a long time, they communicated only online, developing affection without meeting in real life. “We met on the internet, and our communication gradually grew into deep feelings. Throughout the time, we were a couple, knowing each other only through messages and calls. When Zhanat proposed to me over the phone, I didn’t hesitate — I felt he was the one,” recalls Fatima.
The climax of their story happened at the end of 2025 when Fatima was working in Moscow. On December 29, Zhanat bought her a plane ticket, suggesting she return to her homeland. The future bride was greeted right at the airplane exit by Zhanat himself, who came with friends. From there, they immediately headed to Zhanat's native village, and Fatima, stepping off the plane, instantly became a bride.
It is noteworthy that just three days before Fatima's arrival, on December 27, another important event took place in the same family — a daughter-in-law, the wife of Zhanat's older brother, joined their family. After discussion, the relatives decided to combine the weddings of the two couples into one grand celebration.
At the celebration, both couples entered the hall to the melody of the traditional song "Zhar-zhar." As a sign of respect to the matchmakers of both brides, special dishes — "ucha" (the honored part of the animal slaughtered for the celebration) — were presented. Guests and relatives showered the newlyweds with kind wishes from all sides, and the couples received congratulations together.
Despite the fact that many were surprised by Fatima's decision to marry someone she had not seen before, the girl has no regrets. “Many did not understand my choice, but from the first moments of communication, I knew what kind of person he was. Now my husband's parents treat me like their own daughter, and I am very happy to be in such a wonderful family,” shares Fatima.
At the moment, the newlyweds live together with Zhanat's parents. He is one of five children in the family, and Fatima is now considered the youngest daughter-in-law, maintaining the home comfort.
