The author of the video expressed dissatisfaction with these changes. According to him, the hedge previously prevented pedestrians from walking directly from the road to the sidewalk through the lawn. Now, after its removal, there are no barriers for people to bypass the green area.
“People will still take the shortest path; it’s more convenient for them. The flow of pedestrians here is very dense, with a market, shops, and a bus stop nearby. The grass simply won't be able to grow – it will be trampled instantly. And the trees are likely to suffer from the constant movement of people as well,” the reader shares his concerns.
