In Bishkek, an attempt to illegally hire citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic for work in Russia has been thwarted.

Employees of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration, in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, stopped an attempt to illegally recruit citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic for work in the Russian Federation.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Labor, the mass recruitment of citizens was conducted at the address: Kadyrbay-Ata St., 1 in Bishkek without proper permits.

As a result of the inspection, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the organizers in accordance with Article 95 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Administrative Offenses, concerning "illegal activities in the employment of citizens." Explanatory talks were held with participants and organizers about legal ways of employment abroad and safe migration.

The Employment Center reminds that for the employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic outside the country, an official permit is required. It is also recommended to check the legality of agencies' activities on the website https://migrant.kg.
