The municipal enterprise "Bishkekvodokanal" informs about the completion of restoration works at the intersection of Bakayev and Ayni streets. These activities were part of a project to rehabilitate water supply and sewage systems in Bishkek (Phase II), within which a 600 mm diameter sewage collector was installed on Bakayev Street in 2023.
In February 2026, local subsidence of the road surface was observed in this area. The Bishkek city administration noted that the restoration works were completed on March 19, 2026.
Currently, the section of the road has been restored, and road markings will be carried out in the near future.
