In Bishkek, at the address 20 Fuchik Street, an inspection of a five-story residential building was conducted. This was the result of a report indicating its emergency condition. The information was received from the Ministry of Construction.

According to the directive of Minister Nurdana Oruntaeva, the inspection was organized under the leadership of Kanat Kanbolotov, the director of the State Institute of Seismic Resistant Construction and Engineering Design. Specialists responded quickly and conducted an assessment of the facility.

Preliminary findings from the inspection showed that the building had suffered due to prolonged improper use and a lack of major repairs to the engineering systems. This led to damage to the walls and corrosion of the reinforced concrete floors. As a result, the technical condition of the house has been deemed hazardous. A final examination will be completed later, following a comprehensive inspection.

Residents of the building and representatives of the city administration have already been sent an official notification regarding the identified issues with the condition of the building.
