Kyrgyzstanis submitted applications for the international film festival "From the Bottom of Our Hearts"
From January 21 to March 15, the festival received about 420 applications from authors from various countries, including Russia, India, Belarus, Serbia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
“One of the key tasks of the international film festival ‘From the Heart’ is to ensure the accessibility of new releases from both domestic and foreign cinema for all viewers, regardless of their place of residence. Films created for family viewing, regardless of language, have always served and continue to serve to explain simple truths through visual examples, as well as help understand the complex aspects of the characters' behavior,” noted Sergey Bratishchev, the festival director.
Based on the results of this stage, a competitive program will be formed. Film screenings are scheduled from May 26 to 30 as part of the XVII International Film Festival "From the Heart."
