In anticipation of Nowruz, a unique entertainment zone will be created in the central square of the city. Residents and guests of the southern capital will have the opportunity not only to familiarize themselves with traditional Kyrgyz games but also to try their hand at competitions such as tayak tartish, kol kurosh, arkan tartish, toguz korgool, and ordo. For those who enjoy physical activity, there will also be a space for arm wrestling, where participants can compete for prizes - branded souvenirs from "Nomad TV."
The organizers have paid special attention to creating a festive atmosphere and bright impressions. The site will feature a photo zone with instant photo printing, as well as a special area for panoramic shooting, where videos can be recorded in 360-degree format, capturing the most vivid moments of the celebration.
Next to the game area, there will be a media zone for "Nomad TV," where interviews, interactive programs, and communication with guests will take place. The people of Osh will be able to observe the process of creating television programs and live broadcasts in a professional television setting.
As noted by the editor-in-chief of "Nomad TV," Natalia Krolevich: "We are very happy that this Nowruz we are celebrating together with the people of Osh, creating an atmosphere of live communication and anticipation of spring warmth. We will play traditional games, discuss relevant topics, and, of course, try sumolok, the main symbol of Nowruz. We express special gratitude to the Osh city administration and Mayor Janar Akayev for supporting our initiative. Such events unite us more than any words."
The main events of the holiday will take place on March 21 and 22, when mass festivities and active work at the site are planned. On the other days, until March 30, events will continue in a more relaxed format, maintaining some activities.
Entry to the site and participation in all events will be free.
