According to government resolution No. 126, this agreement aims to strengthen and develop educational ties between the two countries in accordance with their national laws.
The main areas of cooperation include:
- Facilitation of establishing and developing connections between higher educational institutions;
- Exchange of experience and information in the field of educational systems;
- Training of students at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels, as well as language internships;
- Informing each other about international symposia, congresses, and conferences, as well as exchanging scientific reports from these events.
Each party will annually send up to ten students for training in bachelor's and master's programs.The conditions and duration of study will be determined according to the legislation of the host party.
The host party is obliged to notify the sending party in writing about:
- the possibility of accepting students and the conditions by February 28 of each year;
- the results of admissions, names of educational institutions, and duration of study no later than June 30 of each year.
Students may undergo a one-year language training at institutions designated by the host party to acquire the necessary language skills before studying their major.
The host party provides students with:
- free education, including language training, access to educational materials, libraries, and learning resources;
- a monthly scholarship in accordance with national legislation based on academic achievements;
- the opportunity to reside in a dormitory under the same conditions as local students.
The parties will not object to the individual admission of citizens from another country to their educational institutions in accordance with established rules.
